Location: Essexville, MI./Saginaw Bay. | In my charter business, I can go through a lot of crawlers in a short period of time. Yet during other times, get stuck with both the mess and hassle of taking care of flats of crawlers I know I'll never finish. Plus talking the wife into letting me store these dirty flats in our home refrigerator is another story all together. This was the topic of a conversation I had a few months ago with our local bait shop owner, and he seems to have solved quite a few of these problems in one fell swoop. As well as passing along a great deal.
He is now selling 1 gallon Zip-loc bags of crawlers for $12.50 for 10 dozen. And there are a lot of other cool reasons to buy crawlers packed like this besides the great $1.25 per dozen price tag. They store great, he's had them in the bags now for some time with no bad effects. No more refrigerator mess, with the plastic being cleaner and storing better then the dirt stained styrofoam containers. And you can see what your buying without diging or wondering about whats in the box under the dirt. And, you can throw them on any ice or cold water in the boat cooler or livewell, and they stay dry, separated and in great shape. And 10 dozen is the perfect number of crawlers to work with and use up, without worrying about filling out adoption papers on the remaining few.

Just found out that Linwwod party store has the same Zip-Loc deal for $10.00. Seems the canadian crawler market is buldging this year with jumbo crawlers, thats why so many good deals. The price per flat is lower.
