Anglers,

Just an fyi that they are still looking for boaters for the FLW Walleye League event on Saturday July 8 out of Menominee Park. I just signed up as a co-angler, so I'm hopeful that I'll be able to fish as it's my first competitive tournament. Sounds like there are quite a few more co's than boaters at this point.

I know these events usually fill up on the boater side towards the end, but just thought I let all you local pros know they still have openings.

Looking forward to meeting some other WF guys at this event.

What do they expect when they schedule it on the same day as the Omro Sheephead tournament?....I'm just kidding....

You will enjoy it very much, Aaron, I hope you get in.

Dave,

You're sitting pretty good on the CO side if I recall. Hopefully you will get a good draw.

I'm kicking around the idea of getting in on the boater side. We have a big lull in the MWS schedule, so this would be a good one. I just have to get the "OK" to fish the weekend before, the 4th of July and the Friday before.

I have been very fortunate to have had some fine boaters so far. The FLW is a fantastic circuit and I look forward to fishing as a boater next year. Payback is 93.3%, plus contigency $, plus a no entry fee championship. That's darn good numbers for a walleye circuit.

Yep, been having a great time at the FLW League as a co. Being a life long jeegger, I wanted to learn some other techniques I have rarely used, ie, boards, snapweights, harnesses etc. Well, it hasnt disappointed. Been pretty good so far. Really enjoyed it.

Would like to try as a co a couple of time in Minnesota. Maybe boater in a couple of years.
