| The Pros all launched from Hunter's Point this morning greeted by cloudy conditions and cool temps. Winds are supposed to be East 5 to 10 today, a chance for thunder showers and rain, with a high in the upper 70's to low 80's.
Ron Seelhoff continued a tradition of launching last, and zipped by the launch boat this morning looking pretty intense; as of yesterday he leads two catagories, Angler of the Year and this event. Larry Snow said he took 7 fish in the protected slot between 22" and 28" yesterday, but is confident he's on the right fish. Daryl Christensen said he needs to do well here, as the total competition for the championship is very tight and this one can make it or break it for many. He also seems confident he could score well today.
Watch for the Live leaderboard to kick off about 5 PM tonight.

| The bite seemed to be a little tougher today as the 'east winds 5 to 10 mph' turned out to be east winds up to 20 mph. Many of the Pros weighed in early, taking the 4 for the scale and coming in. Ron Seelhoff retained his 4# lead, weighing in a 10# plus limit very early in the day.
Tomorrow promises to clear, but no promises yet on wind direction. It's currently howling out of the east as strong as ever.
