| Warm temperatures, partly cloudy skies, and calm winds under a Harvest Moon greeted the Pros and their Cameraman as they powered their Ranger, G3, and Polar Kraft Evinrude/Yamaha rigs out of the Spring Creek Marina Harbor at 7:30 this morning.
Confidence was high as the Pros readied for the day, forecast to offer partly cloudy skies, 86 degrees, and winds that could be a problem peaking at 25MPH by noon.
The 2006 FLW Champion will take home a check for $150,000.00, so the final weigh in promises to be exciting. Click on the link on the WalleyeFIRST main page to watch the FLW streaming video as the weigh in gets underway about 4:30 this afternoon.

| Mr. Nascak needed four fish to hold back a charging Scott Alar. He had his four, and one was a SEVEN pound fish! That cemented the win and a check for $150,000.00, money which he announced will help put his young children through college in the future. Scott Allar brought four fish to the scale, but Nascak's big final day kicker fish sealed the deal and placed Mr. Allar in second for a $75,000.00 payday.

Location: Waukesha Wisconsin | Congrats to Scott Alar for second place and Tom Brunz for third.
I sure liked what Tom Brunz said up on stage. He was a class act, very professional and the only one to thank his sponsors. I especially liked hearing him talk about his dad and thanking him for taking him fishing. | |

Location: Dryden, Ontario | Dennis,
I agree with you on Mr. Tom Brunz. I do not know Tom and have never met him but watching him on the webcast the last few days I was pulling for him. He is an absolute class act.
Any young angler who watched the webcast should take note of how Tom handled and presented himself on stage. That was a professional performance if I ever saw one.
Congratulation to all the guys it looked like the conditions were very tough.
Congratulations to Rick Nascak, a very impressive win. Great job Rick!!!

| Congrats to all who made the final ten. Tough conditions, and long rides to get to the fish, must have taxed the supply of Pecid at the area Walmart!
Kudos to Scott Steil for a great finish. I met and fished with Scott this July at the GB FLW. He's a great guy, and a very good eye angler.
What does this do to the Ironman standings?
Like how I got that plug in there, Dennis?

| Thanks Shep! It is now Thursday and my back muscles are just recovering. 570 miles in 4 days by boat in less than ideal conditions really wears on a guy. Thanks again for the support.
