Dave Randash has proven to the PWT and the fishing world that he is a great guy. After listening to his story about pulling Dave Andersen off a sand bar today and letting him take his boat for the rest of the day, I am truly impressed. Great sportsmanship Mr. Randash. I for one will never forget your actions today taking care of a great friend of mine. I hope to meet you in the future. Good Luck in the future!

I agree, there are not many anglers who would offer up their rig as he did. Class act all the way.

Does not surprise me one bit. As you said Dave Randash is a class act and one of the nicest guys on the tour. Dave Anderson is also a great guy and I am sure Dave had no problems letting Dave use his equipment.

Dave Randash and his brother Jim have been friends of ours for a good number of years. The fact that Dave did this for a fellow angler doesn't surprise me in the least. That's just the way he is. Way to go Dave!!!!!

It was my first year at the PWT Championship and I was lucky enough to be parked next to Dave Randash in the boat yard. He went out of his way to be nice to a new guy and I was not at all suprised to hear what he did for Dave Andersen. Good guys don't always get the credit they deserve in this business, so thanks also to Horshak for starting a post recognizing a true sportsman! You can put Dave Randash down on the list of "good guys".

I told Dave about this post last night. He doesn't have internet access at the moment, his computers left for college with his kids. He'll get access to see your message.

I've known Dave for a long time, and think Mark Martin articulated it best by saying "The rest of the world just got an opportunity to see a side of Dave that we (the other pro's) have all known for a long time. Dave is a good person, no other way to say it."
