| OutdoorsFIRST Media will soon be launching a new website dedicated to Whitetail Deer hunting across North America. We are searching for pictures and the story of the hunt from 2005 and 2006 and articles/stories our MuskieFIRST visitors who are also deer hunters wish to contribute. Expect the format AND the sense of community at www.whitetailfirst.com to be very similar toWalleyeFIRST and MuskieFIRST. We will be sponsoring a Big Buck contest for the best 2005/2006 Big Buck picture as well, with details soon to be posted. Lots more to come in the near future about the planned launch!
Gather your big buck pictures, your family hunting pictures and stories and submit them to me at [email protected] for publication in the Whitetailfirst.com gallery as soon as the site is launched.
Thanks to the good folks at E-cell for the Sponsorship necessary to launch our FIRST Outdoors Website for the Hunting enthusiast. |

Location: Rhinelander | We are getting a few stories and pictures submitted, but we'll need more. If you have a good deer story and a few pictures, fie them off to me at [email protected].
It isn't necessary to have the buck be huge, or for that matter, even a Buck. Good pictures and stories are what we are looking for. Send 'em! |

| Here's a couple pics of my son Eric with his first deer. He shot these two does at nearly 150 yards, right behind the ear. He was a really good shot for a 12 year old. Now that he is hunting, he can fill the freezer, and I'll be looking for the racks for the wall. Of course, with Basketball, he'll only get to hunt Turkey day for the next couple years.

ive seen 12 diffrent bucks so far in the last week, only 1 i would consider a shooter, but it wouldnt be until late season.............i also filled up on the antlered part for bow, so 4 of the 12 ive seen got the free pass, i missed a doe the other night, estimated her at about 30 yards, and she was 38, arrow went right under her belly...............hopefully santa brings me a rangefinder for xmas this year |

Location: Manitowoc, WI | Those deer are from Timber Ghost Ranch in Iowa....fenced in deer. They were shot back in October. Too bad....the typical is near the Hansen Buck's typical score. |

Location: Rhinelander | Absolutely massive, actually. No fenced in deer in Rhinelander! |
