Location: Essexville, MI./Saginaw Bay. | Wulp, going on the crystal ball forecast from that ever popular weather man, I just took along my snowmobile suite today for my river charter. And right on schedule, from the time we arrived at the ramp, a steady rain fell until we pulled out at 1:30pm, and my suite never gave back a single drop of water it took on until I got back into my truck.
The fishing was back to normal today as well, as we kept about every 10th walleye we caught, along with a few white bass. We also missed some better fish that simply hung onto the minnow and let go as soon as they got near the surface. Not being a big fan of stingers I don't carry any, so we had quite a few bite-offs and minnows skinned back today. All in all had a great visit with a couple of very nice guys, Chad and Steve, who seemed to get better and better at vertical jigging (what they came too learn) as the day went on.

| Have you caught any trout lately? Or don't they have them in that river? | |

Location: Orland Park, IL | Nice work. I tend to use my magic eightball. Seems to work ok for me. What did that suit way?

Komo.
It's one of those old Blizzard Proof cotton suites, very warm when it stays dry. I'm thinking 30 pounds might be a low guess when wet.
