I can't speak for pools 9 and 10 but the bite up on pool 4 has been great. It's like that battery rabbit, it just keeps going and going. Good luck.

Was out on pool 4 a few days ago and pulled some nice saugers at the dam area and also downstream. I have also heard that the panfish bite has really taken off in the backwaters on pools 4 and 5. Good luck.
