Dear Friends, Family and Business Partners:
It has just come to my attention that I have been experiencing email problems with my Yahoo account. Apparently emails that have been sent out by me and sent to me have not been delivered.
I apologize to anyone who has sent me an email and I have not responded. Please accept my apology knowing that I will always answer your emails if I receive them.
I also apologize to those who were expecting emails, photo's or documents from me. Again, I had no idea that this problem was occurring.
Until further notice, please do not try to contact via my Yahoo account. I would appreciate all correspondence via my cell phone at 262-370-7023.

It appears that the emails are going out now but are still not coming in. Any ideas Greg? I know that you're the guru on this stuff. I'd hate to start over with a new email addy. That would require new flyers, business cards, etc.

A real pain in the .... But, call the support number and let them walk you through the diagnostics from their end... It might help to know the following before you call... And, you are of course always free to call me and we can talk about the issue before you call them 847-651-3843
Are you using a mail client at your end? Outlook, or outlook Express? If you are...try signing on to Yahoo and check your mail on the web... |

I'm getting mail out now but I am not getting all mail in. Some email makes it through and some does not. Fishoil, I never got your email. Greg, I never got yours either. What's funny is that I get thread update notifications from WF and a few emails but the bulk of the emails do not make it. I have also been checking the spam folder on Yahoo thinking that they are going there BUT that doesn't appear to be the problem........THIS SUCKS

I appreciate all the help. I'll use this thread later only to report that the problem is fixed or that I now have a new email. I do not want to take advantage of WF with a personal problem. |

| That's why I haven't heard from you, Dennis. And all this time I thought you were ignoring me! That takes a load off. Hope you get things with Yahoo figured out. It would suck having to change all the stuff that goes with a new e-maill addy. |

| Dennis I too got your email but your phone must not work either! Man it must suck not getting the latest scoop!!! All in jest for sure! Hey it's not that hard to print off new cards and letterhead, let me know if you need any help I just invested heavily into a new system for the new business color lasers are awesome, and it doesn't take long to setup. Still having issues with the phone company and Fax, I can't wait for Road Runner to allow multiple lines coming in!

I solved my problem and I figured it out all by myself (no help from Yahoo). I did a little investigation around my Yahoo account and I went into the “mail options” area. Under mail options, there’s an area called “blocked addresses”. Believe it or not I found 305 blocked email addresses. Now we all know that I do not have that many friends and acquaintances BUT I did find some very important email addresses that were mixed in with addresses associated with spam. Heck, I even found my own yahoo email address in here!
My apologies to the following WalleyeFirst members who had addresses included in my blocked list. Hey I wasn’t ignoring you; I just didn’t get that important email.

Gary Gray
HG Meyers
Someday
Lund Dude
MikeJ
Tyee
Fenwick
Mike Janda
These were addresses that I easily identified because they were very easy to figure out or were addresses that I used to see quite often. I’m sure that there are more that I did not list above. Again, I’m very sorry for this inconvenience.
If you use Yahoo I would suggest that you check this option to make sure this is not happening to you.
