Member Posts: 859 Location: Appleton wi I was in gb last weekand and its not completly open and there is ice junks everywhere but there is also some areas that are wide open. maybe a week or 2 depending on weather it might be open enough.As far as your question on cranks or jigs its prespawn time and alittle slower presentation helps with the bite so i'd say jigging!
