I'm looking to get into a few team tournaments this year with a good fishing buddy of mine. We don't mind traveling a little bit but we would mostly like to fish Wisconsin. We've got a decent amount of walleye fishing experience, especially Winnebago, Little bay de noc and Green Bay. I'm not really tuned into the whole tournament scene so I'm looking for any good suggestions on tournaments to enter this year. Thanks.

You can also join the Sheboygan Walleye Club and fish 4 Cabela's qualifiers and a few other tourneys. Great bunch of people and a good learning experience.

Those are both good options.

The Mack's Lure tournament on June 3 also might be a good choice for you. www.mackslure/ml100

Check it out.

My bad! Yes the Mack's 100 on Winnebago will be a great tournament. 100% payout. Give it a try.

Hey guys thanks for the response. Is the Mack's tournament on Winnebago a lake only event or is it open to the whole chain?

From the rules on Mack's Lure website.
PERMITTED FISHING LOCATIONS Contestants may fish anywhere
on the tournament waters accessible by boat except areas
designated OFF LIMITS or within 50 feet of another
competitor’s boat.

Unless there are any areas the tournament director deems OFF LIMITS, the entire system should be fishable as long as you get there by boat. Hope this helps. See complete rules list on Mack's site.

I just got word from the director that you may fish the entire chain.

also just got confirmation that Navionics is sponsoring the big fish award for the whole circuit., both team members will get a 150.00 dollar voucher for the navionics chip of their choosing.
time to find those big girls LOL
