I've read every post that has come up on every web site. The things that you said about the recent developments cut to the chase and are close to my heart. As one tournament fisherman to another I salute and thank you ....................... Others who are not in the trenches will never understand ................ THANK YOU!
I have been looking for closure and you gave it to me ..........
As you and I have stated, we are consumers of a product, we have a choice .......
Many will also never understand that when the gun sounds we take off ………… foolishly, maybe …………. But we trust our tournament and its director ……………. We are pumped with adrenaline beyond belief ……….. like a prize fighter ready for battle …………….. again many will say foolishly ……………. But it’s you against me …………. You and me against the elements …………. If someone says go …..we GO……………. Foolishly …………… I guess …………. We always hope that a director is looking out for our safety …………. Because we are ready for battle ………… we have many things on our mind ………………. Safety …………………. Check ………… fish location …………. Check …………………….. Presentation ……………. Got it (hopefully) ……………. Zach on my left …………….. okay …………….. Rich S on my right ……… darn …………… I’m off ………………. Shoot ,,,, is that pig? Better slow down ….. ?
For the record, when it comes down to tournament fishing I love a tough bite! I will always do battle when I know that one or two fish could mean a check ………. I excel in those conditions and my adrenaline is at an all time high …… some tournaments feed off this obsession because they know that you and I feel this way ………
I've made up mine and I have talked to several others today who have made their choice ........ The posts from the last 24 hours made up their mind and convinced many who were on the fence......
On to the next tournament ….it’s upon us
