Your boat manufacturer is offering these as factory-installed option this year, I would contact them.

Mr. Marine sells and installs the OXYGENATOR as well as has a working model on display at the counter.

I just got a flyer from Cabela's yesterday and they have a couple of styles of them on sale. If you didn't get the flyer take a look at Cabela's online store, they might be listed there.
