92 Ranger steering

My 10 year old son is getting jigginitus. You pull the cables and the entire rack system out and replace with the new system. Easy to follow instructions. In about 3 ours you will be done. American Marine in Shawano stocks them, however they do not come in 1/2 lengths, you have to go either 12 ft. or 13ft. I just did this to my '91 690. The guy also said that it is likely you may have problems with the gears in the rack system down the road after you replace the cables.
