Well, the FLW Detroit River tournament starts Wednesday. I'll pick Scott Allar with
90 pounds to win over 4 days of fishing.

If they hit this right, there will be some huge baskets brought to the scale. My money is on Dean, or one of the Posse. Look for John Gilman to make a statement this year.

Will a handliner have a top finish? Or will it be a jig fisherman?

I agree with Shep. I would say either Tom or Dean. If I had to pick, I would probably favor Dean. Tom will probably have his time at Bays de Noc.

I also saw on anthother board that someone wished John Dalzot good luck. If he is in this event, you have look out for him. Especially if it is a jig bite. He is an outstanding jig fisherman.

If it is a jig bite I'll take Tommy Skarlis or Gordy Powers.

Clean water - jig bite, Tommy Skarlis. If it's mud - pullin' wire, Juls or Big Foot. C-man

Well, without a list yet it will be tough to know who the local dudes are that are fishing, however, I believe that John Campbell will be fishing this. History shows John winning a tourney there in the past. I will go with John Campbell.
