Cleaning plastic?

Member Posts: 17 Ive got a Black/White 2000 1700GT and the plastic (Black) parts (Instrament panel, Bow decking ect.) is getting a white film over it. Ive tried to clean it with differant stuff ,,,Lime-away, Boat soap, buff out with a lite pad ect... but nothing works ..Any ideas???
