Fished from Fremont to the Rat today, caught and releases 17 Walleyes and not a 1 over 16 inches. All caught on a #10 treble/wolf River rig draging bottom. Lots of fisherman out on a beautiful day. Did not see anything over 14-15 caught near me.

Fished for a few hours after dark to try out my new lighting system which consists of a second Perko base mounted on the oppsite side of the running light. I have a 50 Watt driving light aimed along the side of the boat... it's like fishing in the daytime.

I think I'm going to try trolling later this week on Poygan.

I pulled Poygan on Sunday and caught 1 35" pike and 3 white bass. The WB are staging for their run up the Wolf. They were in the deeper water of Norwegian Bay.

The "hot" bait was a purple prizm jr. thunderstick.

Water temp ranged from 41 to 47.

Two hours Saturday on Clarks Bay yielded one white bass. Slow day but beautiful and certainly not crowded.
