Here's an interesting article in todays Milwaukee Journal/Sentinel on exotics in the Great Lakes. I find it interesting to see how the opinions have changed in just 2-3 years.

I'd say it's about time we force the frieghters owners hands on this isssue. Either spend the money in the technology needed to correct the problem or buy stock in a trucking company. Because the honeymooon is over. I caught 2 very big pike yesterday on the Saginaw Bay. Took 2 very nice pictures of them. But what one of the pictures doesn't show is the huge, swollen lesion on one side that looked exactly like and what VHS looks like in the articles I've seen. It made me sick, but it's going to kill him and a lot more like him. I've always been political on certain issues, but if they have any town meetings on this issue, I better take a refresher course on anger managment before attending.
