Kicker props

I had one of them and went down to a 4-blade, 6 pitch. Made a pretty big difference on my boat. Now I can get down as slow as I want for dragging harnesses. It gives you better speed control pulling cranks too. Any Merc dealer can get you one. I think I paid around $115. That way you still have the speed if you want it. Does work well.
