Just a reminder this Saturday and Sunday, June 9th and 10th, is the summer free fishing weekend in Michigan. Residents and non-residents can fish those two days without a fishing license. All other rules and regulations still apply.

Here on Little Bay de Noc, the cities of Escanaba and Gladstone are also waiving the launch fees at the Escanaba harbor, North Shore, and Gladstone harbor launch sites for those two days.
