| I have a 2 stroke kicker that of course takes premix and I was wondering where you guys mount the extra gas tank?

| Most kickers these days are 4-strokes, so they run off the main tank. Of the boats that had a separate auxilary tank, such as Tritons, I don't believe they make them that way anymore. I could be mistaken on that.
A kicker can run all day on just a couple gallons of fuel. I would get the smallest tank you can find, and secure it in the splash well, on the floor in back, or if you have access, in the bilge area, perhaps. You can probably use a bungee cord, and some metal loops for securing it. | |

Location: Elgin, Illinois | One caveat... If you intend to fish any FLW event (and maybe others) any auxillary tank needs to be installed pursuant to the rules (in the FLW case by a factory certified tech)... | |
