| Can anyone post a link to where I can find the equipment requirements for the Great Lakes? (flares, etc.) I looked in the WI DNR fishing and boating regs, but didn't see them. Just want to make sure I am all set before heading up to Green Bay....Thanks much-

| Thumper, these are the same things that are required for boating on the Winnebago system as well, just thought I would throw that in as many have not complied yet!
ALL federal waters require these safety devices and quite frankly all boaters should carry them wherever you go.
Good luck

| Thanks for the links. I thought I had heard something regarding a tow rope also? Not a big deal as I have one of those. I believe I actually have everything required, I just wanted to make sure. The Federal regs don't seem to be enforced much here (Winnebago). The DNR was checking boats last year in the FLW tournament on Green Bay, so beware.

| Dave, I believe your anchor rope would be considered a tow rope. |
