| Where are the best 4th of July fireworks to watch from a boat?
Where is the best Fireowrks to watch from the boat?
I know Fond du Lac had a pretty good show at Lakeside Park. They still have it?
I seem to remember some in Oshkosh, but can't remember where.
Looking to get the wife and kids out, but am not going to Milwaukee this year. They have a great show, by the way, on the lakefront.
Add your own option, if you have a good one.

Location: Appleton wi | Shep just put your boat in bago and go to near jefferson park area and you will be able to see about 5 different firework shows from there. The neenah/menasha firework, appleton has a couple and maybe timber rattlers staduim might have another(not sure) changes yearly depending on baseball schedule and there is always some you can see in the east(chilton) also there use to have a lighted boat at riverside parkshow(neenah) but i thought i heard it was not going to take place this year again not sure about that. It gets pretty crowded out there so getting on the water early is important and its really just a big party. Hope that helps

Location: Berlin | I like to watch the Omro fireworks from the boat. You are pretty much directly below them in the river and hardly any others do it. |

Location: Appleton, WI | OK, so, you cant launch that sweet tuffy of yours there, but that town's fireworks show rivals Green Bay's show! |

Location: Menasha, WI | I'd agree w/ eyelunker. Plop your boat out in front of Doty Island and enjoy the Neenah & Menasha shows. I live on the island and get to see both shows from my driveway. According to reports, both cities have good shows planned for this year. If you want, you could drop a few slip bobbers off the south end of the Lighthouse Reef, enjoy the shows and pick up an eye or two while you're out there. Both launches will probably be zoos that night but there's more parking at the Neenah Rec than Jefferson. |

| Shep, your best bet is going to be to launch at High Cliff or Winnebago County boat landing!!! Take it from experience, there will be litterally hundreds of boats at the landings on the north end, I went out one year at Noon from Neenah and fished all day then spent the evening on the outterbar for fun....Anyway to make a long story short after the fireworks were over It took hours to get off the water, I got the boat out well after midnight! It is an awesome show from the water out by the concrete pillar from Jefferson just far enough to see Neenah as well. I always like Menasha Better!
Have fun and Good Luck

Location: Green Bay, WI | Green Bay has the best Fireworks north of Milwaukee. My godson works for Botallotts ( wrong spelling I am sure ) and knows fireworks. Trips up north with them always has a little more color. They are nuts about fireworks in Milwaukee and I saw every Forth of July and Festa Itialiano for years and Green Bay has great fireworks. They fire them off from downtown and you can see them from the river and bay.
Happy Forth of July!!
