The wife and I are coming up to fish Green Bay for the first time this Wednesday (25th). We are staying in Green Bay. Having never been to the area before, do you have any suggestions for bait shops? We don't know if we will be fishing the west or east side of the bay. Also, should we be lucky enough to catch some eaters, are there fish cleaning facilities at the ramp area? Thanks for your help. Looking forward to an enjoyable trip.

The furthest south fish cleaning at the ramp is probably Sturgeon Bay. Seems to be more commonly associated with Salmon ports.

Picnic table, some newspaper and a knife is all you need. Wrap the guts up in the newspaper, file it in a public trash can. Yer good ta go.

I use a Rapala cordless. It comes with a nylon cutting board. I keeps some newspaper in the truck, and use the tailgate as a table. Fillets in a Ziplock, and carcass in the newsprint. Use a trash receptacle and you'll be good to go.
