Location: Rhinelander
The skies are clear today with winds out of the North running 5 to 10. Winds are supposed to shift mid to late afternoon to South, but the shift may be too late in the day for most of the field.

Tactics out on the Bay include pulling spinners slow and low to running cranks as much as 8' off the bottom. The crankbait bite took off yesterday, and in a morning interview, Jim Kalkofen told Walleye FIRST he noticed a number of Pros popping some good fish pulling crankbaits yesterday afternoon.

Greg Yarbrough, fishing about 3 miles North of the Michigan, line has a 7 pound lead, easily erased on this water. The weigh in should be exciting!

WalleyeFIRST will begin Live coverage at about 4 PM Eastern time this afternoon.

They were three miles north of the boundary. Menominee, MI was the line, I think.
