| I like how the PWT really let's us know what these guys are doing..NOT!!! The FLW is alot better with there press releases and how and what the guys are doing. I might get a little flack on this, but hey isn't the PWT all about telling us what works and what the spots are? I don't mean waypoints. what structure deep shallow and waht not. What kind of baits. I know the bay pretty good. Have done fairly well in tourneys and just fishing. I just like to know what the scoop is on what they did. Cranks, color blades, if beads were a factor in-lines bouncers, sinkers, noweigth on spinners.... |

| From the PWT:
Schneider trolled rock humps in 13 to 20 feet of water with number five Northland bluegill fish pattern blades with nine purple beads for his big fish, along with a chunky, well-conditioned night crawler. His best speeds were 1.2 to 1.5 mph. For his "slot" fish from 15 to 23 inches (each boat could only bring two walleyes over 23 inches to the scales daily), he ran the same combination, but with a size four blade and only five beads and a crawler that was pinched off. He continuously varied speeds on his Minn Kota engine mounted trolling motor. "Without my Lowrance Electronics on the dash, I would not be on this stage," he said."
Interview with the Executive Director:

Look around, there's lost of information here.
------------------------------------------
Jim O asked almost most of the anglers yesterday where they were fishing and what they were using. Some gave it up, some didn't. The FLW is no better in the stage interviews or the coverage on techniques and areas fished, and both are very good at that during the tv shows. Were you listening to the live audio coverage on the WalleyeFIRST leaderboard? I don't think John ever gave up his exact location.

Location: Fremont, Wisconsin | can I ask, how much more info would you like? John said what he was doing. exact location, well, ya know what, if he told you, it would probably be a bit different than where he was really fishing. Think about it, do you want to tell 50,000 fans exactly where you were. It would be a community hole so fast heads would spin and you no longer would have a spot to win tourneys on.

| I didn't listen to the flash player.I said also not exact waypoints. I did figure he was fishing some rock humps and points north of marinette. If the ones north of cedar river can be good so can the ones south. I have FISHED MANY PROBABLY MORE THEN MOST. Sorry,I didn't listen to the latest flash player. I just looked in the news section. Schnieder did a good job He answered all my questions. Istuck my foot in my mouth. sorry again. I don't get cable or dish so I don't see the shows. Thanks for the grill job....Guess I deserved it.....there are certainly some creative characters on here...I wonder if there that creative on the water??? Yeah my bro's have been on the bay this week the bite's hot. from lower bay too as far north as the east islands. I don't have specifics. As I wasn't out there. You regular guys are sure a bunch of characters on here....Sometimes i wonder why I stay on this informative sight....Must be for the luv of the fish...sure isn't because of the luv of some of the regulars ....lol Cranky |

Location: Rhinelander | Cranky,
You pretty much anonymously attacked the PWT for not giving you information they WERE giving you (you just didn't see it), and got reactions to that. No harm done, but one needs to look before one 'leaps' I guess. |
