About the Boat:
We are the second owners of this boat. We purchased from the original owner who is a family friend who cared deeply for the boat and kept everything original throughout it's entire life, even the prop was original when we bought it.
The boat has been heated garage kept between 1993-2014 when we purchased it, and then kept covered in the driveway during summer and returned to a heated garage throughout the fall, winter, and early spring months between 2014-current.
Boat is in good shape, but it's a used 1994 model, so it isn't perfect and there are definitely signs of age and use, but its an awesome rig and is one of the few that can sneak through skinny water, control well in river current, and is the fiberglass transom makes it heavy enough ride smooth while skipping waves without getting wet.
Cosmetically, the boat has scratches and dings, nothing out of the ordinary for a fishing boat that's been used since 1993, but it polishes up nicely with a buffing and a wax since it does fade after time.
The 1993 Yamaha outboard is dependable and has never let me down. M&W Marine has performed the annual servicing (tune-ups, winterizing, lube, and grease) for it's entire life. The motor tops out around 35-37 depending on the wind and water conditions when you run it wide open. It idles smoothly and I've trolled it at 1.8 for walleye on Winnebago without issue.
Ranger trail trailer is in good shape, but it's old. The running boards on the sides were re-carpeted two years ago and are good, but the bolts need tightening as they have a minor rattle, I just don't have a torch, nor the time, to tighten them up. Original rear right tail light was hit by someone in a boat launch parking lot, so I installed a temporary tail light that seems to work good. Pulls nice, no brakes. Grease hubs with bear buddy style fittings. No issues since I owned it.
50" live well, but I haven't used it - ever. Large bait well in the rear, but I haven't used it for a couple of years.
Removable rear casting deck no tools needed and it lays on the floor should you remove it while fishing.
48" track and 6" track on both sides for rod holders.
One removable Ranger seat (driver seat is not removable) and one leaning style Ranger brand pedestal seat.
The Lowrance HDS 7 Gen 1 with SI-compatibility on console, but I never bought the puck to use the side imaging.
7'4" rod storage port side, and a 2.5' storage compartment on the starboard side in front of the console.
Has a custom Harken canvas cover that matches the boat. It has a small 3" tear that developed this summer that can easily be patched. Otherwise the cover is in good shape and travels well.
