I have a 8 rod Cabela's Advanced Anglers™ Pro Rod Bag (new $59)and a Cabela's Quick Stow Rod Rack (8 rods) (new $92) that fits in a seat post for sale, I'll take any reasonable offer. Both are in great shape. The rod holder fits the seat post in my skeeter. Not sure if bases are universal.

Local only.... no shipping. any reasonable offer... just taking up space.
