I have Ram extensions the 12" high just purchased have used them maybe 8 x Iwas out on Bago and had a small eye ,went to grab the rod and before i got to it the base broke and rod went in the water I got the rod back because the board was on the surface.Then 5 min later the other rod broke and it was the shaft that cracked and let go. I just wanted to warn everyone of this problem. Stop using them I am sending all mine back for a refund

Location: Essexville, MI./Saginaw Bay.

Any recent weather fluctuations? Are they breaking at or inside the coupler or between the two? Also Wondering if they changed global manufacturing locations. A kind question during these sensitive times. "Are they now made in Mexico"?
