Pro angler Max Wilson pulled a come from behind win, jumping up from 5th place to win the 2018 NWT Championship. In one of the most beautiful places to fish walleyes, Lake of the Woods, Max bested a field of over 70 teams to take home over 80k in cash and prizes. Trolling leadcore with cranks was the technique of choice, with a few teams pitching to shallow rocks. The weigh-in was very exciting, with several teams changing positions. Thank you to Baudette, MN and Sportsman's Lodge for hosting such a great event.
