MILLER ELECTRIC WALLEYE CHALLENGE
GENOA, WI.
MARCH 18 & 19, 2006
The Walleye Anglers Trail kicked off its 2006 tournament season with the Miller Electric Walleye Challenge at Genoa, WI March 18 & 19, 2006. The tournament was preceded by the mandatory rules meeting at the Genoa Fire Department. A meal for all participants was provided by our tournament sponsor Miller Electric Supply of Dubuque, Iowa. Our special guest and speaker was Walleye Tournament Pro Tommy Skarlis.
The weather was clear with a chilly temperature of 15 degrees at launch time but warmed to the upper 30’s during the day.
Thirty nine teams competed for over $ 9,700.00 in cash & prizes. Impressive weights were brought in both days by the competitors.
