Member Posts: 3899 | Yes, congrats to Bill. You were definately the best in this tourney, in a very tough bite. And congrats to Steve Keller, my first time co at the Pete this spring, on his 3rd place finish. You had a good year! I met a couple new guys for prefishing, and one, Aaron, finished 7th. Aaron, Congrats, and thanks for spending a couple days in the boat with me. I ain't a'skeert of wingdams anymore! hehehe I had a good time down in Moline. Thanks to John Mannerino, GNWC Rookie, Tom Keenan, Moreyes, and RangerPat for the help. For me, I had a pretty decent prefish, except for Tuesday, which I spent in the wind and floaters on pool 14. Didn't catch a fish that day. But Monday and Wednesday, I thought were pretty good days. My confidence was high Thursday morning. Being boat 88, and 20th to my spot the first day hurt a bit, but my confidence was renewed when I got a fish in the 1st pass. Slowed tremendously after that, and I moved to the dam and lost a nice fish at the boat. Never got another bite, but felt one would come at any moment. I did catch a 37" Flathead on Friday near the dam! Man, them things can put up a fight! Lots of big sheepheads, too, on Friday. See you all next year in Winona!

Will this tournament be on TV. I know the FLW Outdoors show broadcasts the bass version of this, the BFL All American.
