Send them in for repair, the paperwork came with the unit. Complaining about them not working here won't get them fixed.

I have the HD version in the 38 same unit but with the hard drive, best unit I found to put on my ranger, I have a shoot thru hull ducer and can mark fish at 40 mph, screen size in split mode is great and so is the resolution. the 113 is to big the 37/38 is just right, I don't think you can go wrong with this unit.

Used to run a LCX-15MT on the old boat since the first year it came out and it was a really nice unit. Got the 37C on the new rig, used it once, and all I can say is WOW! You will need to do some serious homework reading the manual though. So many options and different ways to access them can be confusing unless you practice. You can download the simulator for a LCX-27C from the Lowrance website and I believe it does all the same things as the LCX-37C so you can practice doing neat things on the computer before you actually get out in the boat with one. Can't find any fault with it yet and a lot of the functions are the same as the old unit I had so that was helpful.

Well, now I've got four and a half more days in with the X-37. And it's still WOW! Stuck a Navionics chip in and it is even more WOW! The only trouble I see is that you will start to depend on the unit too much and never really learn all you should about the lake, but it is one slick piece of equipment. Just don't put an empty 2 gig card in the bottom slot because then on start up it'll go blank after the pretty Lowrance picture for some reason. Maybe I should reread that part of the instructions?
