The rescue boat was bringing someone into the 24th street landing late this morning. I didn't want to get in the way so I aborted my mission of going off at that ramp so I don't have any other details. My guess would be someone heading NE onto the ice compromised by the river flow.

there was no rescue oshkosh the fire dept. was doing trainig wensday. &thurs.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
