| I'm looking at getting one of these to put on my single conlsole boat, which would be the best? I know ram makes a mount that will hold the sonar with the antenna right behind it. |

| I'd recommend the 522I. with Ram mount, extra power cables and mapping chip, now it's a versatile unit. ATV, Truck, Boat. Etc. etc... |

Location: Arcadia, WI | After my constant signal loss experience with the 334IC, I didn't think I would ever say this, but I am willing to try the internal antenna (522I) again and will have it on the water in 2 weeks. Cabela's promised me Lowrance addressed the malfuctuion. (I hope) Mine will be mounted on the bow with a slight tilt to the sky.. Its a great concept and is current with all the networking features.

| Lowrance has resolved the issue with the internal antenna not locking in. I have a 334I that would not work on the internal. I sent it in, and they fixed it. Works great when ever I need it to. I network of the external when I have it on the boat, but have used it on the ATV and in the truck since.
I would not hesitate to go with the 522I. |
