Is there any "do it yourself" ways to fill previously drilled holes? I would also like to try and match gelcoat color. Any information is greatly appreciated.

Location: Rhinelander
Fiberglass putty, available at hardware stores, or any epoxy type putty will work. Fill the hole to slightly less than level. Acquire the same color gel, and after the filler kicks, put a small amount, just enough to level the gel coat, on a piece of clear packing tape that is large enough to allow adhesion 360 around the repair and squeegee it over the repair. Once the gel has kicked, wet sand with 600 or less, then buff with polishing compound.
