| We're looking to try our luck in Oshkosh. I've never fished here before but I've seen people fishing both the river and the mouth going into the lake. I saw this along time ago when the Pioneer Inn was there. My brother is coming down from Rhinelander area and I want to show him a good time.
So if anyone can give me help on this I'll be very thankful. |

Location: Berlin | The best spot is usually across from Rainbow Park. I have not been out this year yet but that is where they start to stack up. Vertical jigging with minnows in 15ft is usually the ticket. |

Location: Menasha, WI | Beware of icebergs if you go anytime soon. The Fox River can be treacherous as the upper lakes break up; I saw a boat almost go down last spring when an ice chunk caught the anchor rope.

| I have not fisheed there in years but when we did, it was always the first place we would go in February. My brother and I would chip out the landing across from the Pioneer, next to the Railroad bridge. We fished at the end of the cement wall next to the Pioneer on the shelf all night long. I caught my first 24 inch Walleye there when a long time ago.
#10 trebel hook on a 3 way.... lots of limits and lots of memories... If you hook a Colman Lantern, I'ts mine. On more than one occasion, we would have to throw our lantern into the drink because the flames threatened to burn us alive in the boat.
