Member Posts: 1656 | Hey Rich, Them Drop-n-Stays make such good Christmas gifts. The friends of mine that I got a couple for last fall. Like 'em so much. The one guy wants one for Fathers day...imagine that. He wants a second one for his second anchor. Can ya set me up? Thanks.

Member Posts: 160 Location: Menasha, WI | I used them last weekend in the high winds and was totally impressed with them. If you fish on Bago, they are a must have for all boats. Thanks Rich for a great product. Call me soon. AXL Edited by Axl 5/1/2008 10:28 AM

Member Posts: 2300 Location: Berlin | Wed. next week is best for me say around 4:00. Your boat is better then mine:) Glad to hear they are working out for you guys. I never expected this take off like it has. I knew it was a great product that does work but the word of mouth and internet publicity has been unreal. We run Google Analytics every night and we are getting traffic from websites I never even heard of from all over the country. We have products in 15 states and the list is growing. We are setting up a testimonials page on the website. If any of you could spare a few minutes and send my partner a short email with your good/bad feedback that would be great. His email is [email protected]. I will take everyones name that send him feedback and put them in a hat and draw one name. They will get one of our products (of their choice) shipped to them free of charge. Thanks guys and thanks to WalleyeFirst!

Member Posts: 3899 | You can come with me on Wednesday, Rich. Bring Jayman's stuff, and I'll drop it off for you. You sure that soccer van can handle the added weight of the Drop N Stays?

Member Posts: 2300 Location: Berlin | You guys should just forget the boat and come to my house. Dock is still underwater but I am still getting some dandies off of shore. This week is shot for me as I am still quite sick and have to work late today and tomorrow and all day Saturday. Winnebago should be unreal next week so I am up for that. Tuesdays and Wednesday's are the best for me.

Is it nessessary to use a length of anchor chain attached to your anchor when you use the drop-n-stay. thanks mk

Member Posts: 2300 Location: Berlin | The chain will still help but I can tell you I have not used a chain in the last two years and it is because of the Drop-n-Stay.

Member Posts: 1656 | I'll attest to that as well. I only use the Drop-n-Stay and Richter anchors. My anchors are attached by 1/2" nylon "anchor" rope. And I haven't had any problems anchoring and holding. Great story, my friend who asked for the second Drop-n-stay told me this. Nothing....NOTHING drives him and his dad more nuts than when they are catching fish and thier anchor let's go. If you've ever been there, you'll love the Drop-n-Stay, those days are over.

Member Posts: 166 Location: Freedom, WI | Looks like I need to invest in the Drop-n-Stay! I was out off of Stoney Point the other night and actually lost my 20lb. anchor and rope! It was so windy that the anchor rope pulled right out of the tie, and before I could get the boat going to get to my rope, it sank into the darkness! The funny thing is I was thinking about the Drop-n-Stay as my anchor wouldn't hold on my spot two minutes before I lost the whole works! Rich, I would like to meet up next week as well, let me know where you will be at! Thanks
