Location: Oshkosh | Nature Vision Inc. (Aqua Vu) last wednesday purchased MarCum Technologies. This could be huge for the ice fishing world as a company with a lot of money to put into new products with the aid of the engineers from MarCum....who knows what will come out next! It looks as though there will really be 2 major players for sonar this upcoming ice season and 1 undisputed king of underwater cameras. Vexilar better catch up because Humminbird and MarCum have a ton of new technology!
It has been an awesome 10 years and to see how much the company has grown is unbelievable. To Ray, Duane Paul and the rest of the boys at MarCum, everyone thanks you for developing some of the most technologically advanced ice fishing electronics in decades! Good Luck in your new endeavors!
Sit tight fishermen and fisherwomen.....I think we are about to see some pretty cool things for both open water and ice fishing!!!
