Does anybody here know why the payouts were cut for the championship?They cut the payouts because it didnt fill.There were only 97 boats and they would of let 120 in to fill the tournament.I could see them cutting the payouts if it were a pay to enter tournament,but this was a no entry fee tournament.So why were the payouts cut?Where does that money go?What difference does it make if there were 97 boats or 120 boats when it is a no entry fee tournament?

The payout is based on full field qualifiers. Since the qualifiers did not fill the championship payout was reduced.
It is all in the rule book.
