We hope this finds everyone had a great summer and ready for some great fall fishing. The Illinois Walleye Trail is proud to announce it's 14th Year of running Tournaments and on November 2, 2008 the 2009 season will begin at Hennepin Illinois. We will be at the Hennepin Marine on Saturday evening 4:00pm for registration. Compliments of Hennepin Marine they will provide us with a complimentary dinner starting sharply at 5:00 pm. The 2009 season rules and orientation meeting will start at 6:00pm sharp. At least one member needs to be present. If you plan on fishing in Sundays Tournament you need to either send me an email or call me (309-527-6328) and confirm by this coming Saturday 10/26/08. That will allow us enough time to properly plan the Saturday evening. As always we will be back at the ramp on Sunday morning for late registration at 5:00am and boat inspection. Entry fees are 200.00 a team with 80% of entry paid back to 20% of the teams. (Sunday morning registration will be an additional 15.00) The Illinois Walleye Trail is sponsored by Hennepin Marine, Lund Boats, Mercury Marine, Ezee Step and Cabelas. Applications can be printed off the web www.prairielandeyes.com The fishing is great right now, Sundays Fall Classic seen 21 limits of fish come to the scales. Don't put the boats away some of the best fishing of the year is right now till ice up. You can also see some of the 2009 Lund Boats in the show room before the Sport Show begins. Thanks Bob | |||
