Member Posts: 198 Location: Gladstone, Michigan 49837 | Took a venture around checking ICE conditions late afternoon and looking as if the entire Bay from Saunders Point north is skim covered with ICE. Of course extreme caution should be used, and with cold temps. like this mornings 3' when awaking at 5:30 AM good ICE will continue to thicken! Off the Kipling Launch seeing several shanties between the launch site and Butler's Island as well a shanty west of the Green Can, Saunders Point. We'll keep you posted fisherman and I'm sure by the weekend we'll be seeing more anglers getting on the ICE.
