I don't know! After a couple of rides last year on the bay, I'm not so sure them rods would stay put.

Thanks Rich!!!
There are a few more pics in my album.
These are a hobby of mine in the winter. I've done quite a few for guys, with and without the Lowrance cut-out.

I think a cool add on would be a strap system on the face of it so I could have 4 or 6 planos out and easily accesable while crank trolling.

I like the idea and would be very interested in getting one for my boat.
Do the rod holders go all the way through? I am concered if I drop jigs, crawlers or if water gets in to the hole.

Very cool product and idea.

There is a stainless peg across the bottom so the reels are held off the carpet and so rain, crawlers, etc falls through.

Stacker, I had one guy add 'netting' across the entire face of it for that exact purpose. One guy had me build (6) Planer board holders on the face of it. There are lots of options, trolling speedometer, strip lighting along the bottom for night fishing, hinge a bump board across the bottom, pliers & scissors always handy, use your imagination.

I showed this to one of my buddies that owns a Ranger and he took one look at it and bought it already. I talked to him today and he had it installed and said it looked and worked awesome. I have not seen it in person but this guy has all the best stuff so if he bought it you know it must be good.

Whats the purpose of the depth finder mounted down that low? Or maybe is it just storing the depth finder cover?

It's mounted there for trolling. The passenger gets to see what the driver sees.

I just installed one on my 2005 620. It is awesome. I love the extra space next to the live well and I know the net will not get caught on it. I had plastic rod holders before and the net would get caught on that and it was a pain. Great product and excellent worksmanship.

What do you use to hold the tools in place on the face of this product?

Either rubber or Delrin material. (I sent you a PM)
