The bite definitely picked up today as projected, and the Leader Board reflected much stronger big fish bite requiring 51 pounds 8 ounces to make the cut to the top ten. Seven of day Two's top ten held a top ten birth at the end of the day, with six weighing over 30 pounds today.

The weather tomorrow for lake Erie looks great with clear skies and 8 MPH winds generally out of the South and temperatures in the 50's, and if today was any indication, the bite should continue to improve. There will be plenty of room for the field with only the Top ten hitting the water, so it very well should be a slugfest.

Several fish in the mid 11 pound class came to the scales today.
