| want to get rid of my MInn Kota 24 volt maxxim cable drive trolling motor. Any suggestions? Will the Minn kota 24 v terrova with 60 " shaft do the trick or do I need the terrova 101 36 volt? |

| Some is good, more is better, and too much is just right! Get the 101. Plenty of room for the 3 batteries, and you will always have enough reserve power. |

| I agree with Shep on the 101 plan. More power if needed and longer battery life.
I like to play in rivers and went from an ap to a cable this year. I like the responsiveness of the cable in current and the ap was driving me nuts.

| if you don't have the room for the 3rd battery or you just don't want the extra weight, the 24 volt 80 lb 60" Terrova will do the job! I put one on my 20 ft Hawk this year and it will put my boat all day long.
