| The Illinois Walleye Trail will begin its 2010 season on Sunday Nov. 15, 2010 in Hennepin Illinois. The river is shaping up to be a real barn burner. With the high water last week that will flush more fish upstream for the winter stage. By Sunday the water level at LaSalle will be 16 feet and the water clarity Sunday was 6-8 inchs. The Starved Rock Locks have been pinched down to 7800 cfs this am that should help the river settle out even more with just a few isolated showers in the area. We will be at Hennepin Marine on Saturday 11/14 3:00pm for registration. Compliments of Hennepin Marine we will have a sit down meal at 4:00 pm with a brief rules and orientation meeting at 5:00 pm. At least one member of the registered team must attend. We will be back at Hennepin Marine on Sunday 5:00am for additional registration and boat inspection. Tournament hours will be 7:00am to 3:00pm Sunday with 6 fish limit 14 inch. We will be offering the Grassroots Loyalty Bonus Money to the highest placing Lund Boat owner. We are also a qualifing circuit for the Cabelas National Championship and the AIM organization. We also are sponsored by Lund Boats, Mercury Marine, Hennepin Marine, Woodstock Fishing line and Cabelas. |

Location: Chicago IL. | Your gonna be BUSY weighing fish Bob. The river is prime for some big fish comming in. I will be out buzzing tourney guys. I always wanted to do that!!! HAHAHAHA I will be out doing a photo shoot with the suntimes. |
