I checked out the mouth today and saw 2 guys in a kayak type boat in the mouth. The landing at Rainbow was still frozen tight but if the city would open it up we could be fishing.

Some folks are fishing off of the Oshkosh Ave bridge, but did not report catching any yet. I am wondering if the guys in boats are doing any good in the mouth of the river...

Butte des Morts is open and fishable under the 41 bridge... if you don't mind dodging a few steel girders and falling bolders from the bridge construction.

Whitebass are starting in Oshkosh, and the eyes are on fire in Eureka!
