We will be waiting until later this week to sit down and assign boat numbers. Based on the tournament entries received through Saturday, I am going to assume that by that time the tournament will be full. It is good to see the number of people interested in fishing this event. We continue to strive to make it an event that people mark on their calendars every year. We really enjoy running the event.

And we all enjoy participating in this tourney. Actually, I like the bevergaes and food afterward the best! Thanks Randy for putting this on every year. I know it's not easy dealing with us all the time.

Good morning to all. As of yesterday, we had 99 teams that have sent in to fish the tournament. I would assume that last spot will fill soon. Karl and I will have the boat numbers posted by the end of the day tomorrow.

I just talked to Karl this morning. The tournament is now officially full. We have 100 teams entered in the tournament and actually have one team on the waiting list who sent in their entry post marked March 16. That team will be notified regarding their status. Boat numbers will be posted possibly today, but for sure by the end of the day tomorrow. Thanks to everyone for their interest in the tournament. We are looking forward to seeing everyone and enjoying the day on the water.

Please review your team numbers for Saturday. It makes it easier for everyone if you know that number when you arrive. If not we'll figure it out. Get there early. We want to hold the rules meeting at 5:45, no later that 6. That gets us fishing by 6:30. It looks like it is going to be a cool day but I'm more and more optimistic that the rain/snow will be gone. Sunny and 50 is not bad. Hopefully the winds have a bit of a west direction so the waters of the lower bay do not cool off completely. We are looking forward to another great day with a bunch of great friends.

Nope, not jerry. I called Karl Tuesday to change it to my daughter, but last night I found out she has a softball position lock on Saturday. So, I will be fishing with Butch Rabetski. Randy and Karl, I will call you today. Thanks, and see you on Saturday.

Hope everybody brings their wind breakers and parkas. It's gonna be a little on the breezy side. Oh and by the way, yesterday the river was like chocolate milk. 3 fish in an hour and a half but you have to drop your baits right in their faces in order for them to get a peek at em. This is going to be fun.
