| My oldest son and I took advantage of a break in the weather to dredge up a few 'eyes and hybrid striped bass this morning from a local reservoir (Willard Bay). We had beautiful clear weather for about 3 hours while less than 20 miles away in town it was rainy and windy. Here's the biggest walleye we managed to boat; they do look to be eating well.

Location: Rhinelander | Nice fish, S. The background might be every day stuff to the folks out there, but for us forest people, it's truly beautiful. Some day, my truck will find itself out that way again. |

iCAST in July, right? Vegas is just down the road...
I'd better give Dane (my youngest) his due...
he kicked all of our butts on Monday by boating both a 20 and 23" walleye.
(the background on these is marginal at best)...LOL
