Val’s Bait and Tackle will be closing as of June 30th, 2010.
After 7 years of being in business, we are sad to announce that we will be closing our doors on June 30, 2010. We are running a 25% off sale from now until Wednesday, June 30th, and that if there is anyone that wants to check out our inventory to buy bulk lots (not just individual baits), they may call us at (920) 439-1540.
It is with mixed emotions that Brian and I made this decision. We have been so strongly welcomed and supported by this community, as well as customers coming from greater distances. Thank you to each and every customer for always coming in with a smile, laugh, or terribly exaggerated fish story. It has been our pleasure to meet and serve you.
Our reason for closing is not due to financial hardship, rather to spend more quality time with family. If there is anyone out there that would be interested in starting his or her own bait shop, please feel free to come and talk with us. We would be glad to help get another shop situated, as the need is so great in this area.
